Train in silence and let your success make the punch

By the way, I haven’t even made a single punch yet this week. I have gone back to my punching technique, but haven’t done it in two months.

So…yeah. Still doing it. I think I was just so busy over the holidays that I had forgotten what it was like to actually have time (or be in the moment) in training. I was also away when I did it and had the chance to catch up with someone, but that wasn’t really the way I wanted to spend my Saturday. I really wanted to do it. So here is the punch. The first one I did wasn’t very good, so I’m going to try again at the end of the week (and I’ll make it better this time). When I am in a great place of success, I want to punch, and I want to punch hard. I want to be loud, and I want to be in the moment.

When I am in a great place of success, I don’t need to be perfect, but I do need to be excellent. At any moment, in your punches, when you’re at your “perfect” level of performance, do it in the moment. Don’t think about it. Don’t worry about it. Don’t analyze it. And definitely don’t look at your own punches. This is my new theory: if you’re in a great moment, when everyone sees you doing something right, in the moment, and it feels great (because you’re being excellent), then others can see that it feels great and it feels good.

great place of success

I believe that in a great moment, in which you are doing something right and the world sees it, when all of the people you need to impress are seeing it, and it feels amazing, then everyone else can see it, which leads to a great feeling. I think that’s the best way to make a great punch. Then, once you have the strength. (I will go back to the punching technique tomorrow.) There is no doubt in my mind that if I get the strength, in the moment, then I am going to be able to do it. In the morning I train ropeflow and be very happy about it.
