It’s a combination of a lot of variations I’ve had success with.
I know I’m a little biased, but the truth is this simple, easy to learn, yoga based system actually works. This article is from an early point in my practice, but in general, this is the technique I used to get out of a lot of the pain, stiffness etc. that I was having trouble with. If you have some more detailed comments on the article or thoughts, or you’d like to share an alternative way you’ve found to fix these problems, then please feel free to post some suggestions or ideas.
And if you enjoyed this article, you can also get the free guide where you'll find out how to get over your pain or stiffness once and for all using proven strategies from the pages of my brand new book. Let’s get started. This first one is one variation of this technique I used. At first, it didn’t work. I was doing it right, but it was painful and I couldn’t get out of it. I’d hit a pose, then come down from it, do another pose, and come down again. Then, when I did these small jumps around a pose, I found I would be landing with my knee. I actually found that I was landing with my knee, even when I was trying to land with my leg (knee). So this is a great technique because it gets you out of a pose and gets your knee out of the way, and a lot of other techniques that are more advanced focus on the opposite problem which is that too much of your knee is in the knee bend.
